Our support

What you can expect from us

We provide scholarships to a selected few Afghan female talents. Please be aware that our funds are very limited so as of now we can only support a maximum of 20 talents per year with a scholarship.

If you qualify for a scholarship, we will cover your tuition, visa cost, and travel costs, and also provide a life stipend. Please note that we can not cover expenses for family members, only for you.

→ Please get in touch if you have the means to fund more Afghan talents or donate directly.

This program is dedicated to supporting the women of Afghanistan in their quest for basic human rights: to life, liberty, education & security.

"All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person. Every human being has the right to quality education."

- UN Declaration of Human Rights

Here is how it works

The four steps of your journey

Hi, I'm Azita.

"I am a software developer working in Germany. Before 2021, I was an assistant professor at Herat University and also studied in Germany at TU Berlin. My master's research topic was related to violence against women in Afghanistan.

I am a proud member of this team and, if you meet the requirements, encourage you to apply."

What we have reached so far

2023

August 2023 - We welcome the 1st group of 10 Afghan students to Germany. With a little dose of humility, we are still proud to say that we've helped more people escape Afghanistan than the entire German government managed to do. We could not be more relieved to see all of the girls arrive and start their studies in places near and far from Berlin.

October 2024 - 20 female Afghan tech students for the 2nd Cohort of Student Airlift Afghanistan started their semesters in Germany.
